Description

Fighter operations to protect friendly airspace from enemy air incursion.

Phases

  1. **Alert Phase:** Maintain readiness posture
  2. **Scramble/Launch Phase:** Respond to threat detection
  3. **Intercept Phase:** Close with and identify contacts
  4. **Engagement Phase:** Destroy hostile aircraft if authorized
